Do you consider yourself to be a fast reader?

What would you guess your page per hour rate is?

I do not consider myself to be a fast reader by any means.

I think my pages per hour reading rate probably tops out around 20 pages per hour. That's if I'm really into it.

The Goddess RULES!

I don't count pages, but I literally devour books. I read Stephen King's IT in 34 hours. And, that was while I was working ( granted I can supervise from home, ) taking care of my husband, daughter and two clueless adopted sons ( use-to-be-nephews ) age 21 & 24. Both engaged, with the 24 y/o getting married February 27th.

Larry Niven's Draco Tavern took 2 1/2 hours for 247 pages.

Do you consider yourself to be a fast reader?
I consider myself a rather fast reader *nods* As a (pre-)teen, I could borrow six books at the library and return them 2 or 3 days later, having read them all (and nopey, they weren't thin books either).
These days I mostly read in English, that might slow my speed down a bit, need to focus a bit more. Still, when hubby and I are reading something, I'm always way more faster done with it than he is.

What would you guess your page per hour rate is?
But I have no idea what my page per hour rate is!

I'm starting to think my 2nd question was an odd one, eh? Maybe it only makes sense if you're a slower reader? hmm...
