100+ kudos Posts: 24 (10/29/09 1:10) Reply Quote More My Recent Comments Message Commenter Connection Blocking Beg to come to this board Report Comment	Tags : None Evening everyone, what a day I had - grrrrrr. 2 Chefs on today and we both chopped big lumps off our thumbs thanks to new knives - had sooooo much to day it wasn't funny Got through the day with a lot of moaning (fairly usual for us) and DH came to pick me up waving a band aided finger in the air -we just laughed and said 'snap' until he moved the whole top of his finger away from the other bit - he had sliced the top off and stuck it back on with bandaid! No point in telling him he needs the hospital - he knows best - MEN!!!!!!! Needless to say I got no sympathy for my cut finger LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Doctor knew where I worked so he yelled at her too I felt sorry for her she had no way of knowing. you can still see a dent in my finger and I never completely got all the feeling back I am glad I have a food chopper now.I do uses blades in my sewing a rotary cutter and a really good pair of scissors I even took my own stitches out. I was lucky my doctor was in when it happened That had to be 30 years ago because he retired that year. or articulate

I had to grow all new skin and everything. For as large as a cut it was, it's an amazingly small scar. The worst was 4 monthst after, when the nerves grew in, oh that hurt worse than the original cut.
